To book floor space in the exhibition, please choose a location from the floor plan. Due to space availability all booths have a standard size of 2.5 x 2 m and in addition to the foyer the main lecture hall (located on the ground floor as well) must be used as exhibition area.
Please mind: You can only choose booths represented by empty squares in the floor plan. Filled squares indicate that the respective booth has already been booked by another exhibitor.
The script allowing to highlight booked booths requires all booths to be displayed in perpendicular position, also those located along the oblique walls of the main lecture hall. For a correct (and printable) version

Fill in your company details, a contact person (for questions and for billing) and your preferred booth number in the following online registration form. Immediately after submission of the form, you can check that the booth is indicated as registered by your company in the floor plan (see mouse over text). If the booth is not indicated as registered, please contact our webmaster, .
Deadline for registration of booths is July 1, 2012.
The cost per square meter of exhibit area including electricity and Internet (WLAN) amounts to € 150 for the entire duration of the exhibition.
Upon request, the installation contractor AMB Ausstellungsservice u. Messebau GmbH & Co KG, 8010 Graz, Messeplatz 1, can be hired for setting up exhibition booths. This service will be invoiced directly to you by AMB (for further information and booking, please contact ). The order booklet for booth equipment and the order form for a complete standard booth can be found in our download section.
The exhibition takes place at University of Applied Sciences Upper Austria, Wels Campus, Stelzhammerstrasse 23, ground floor in the foyer and (due to restricted space also) in the main lecture hall. Presentations of ODOK conference will be held in lecture halls adjacent to the foyer.
Exhibition opening hours are
AMB graz will install exhibits/booths on Tuesday, September 11 in the morning, installation or equipment of booths to be done by members of your company is possible on Tuesday afternoon until 6 p.m. Booths must be dismantled on September 14 until 4 p.m.
The opening of the exhibition will take place on September 12 at 12:00 a.m. following the official opening ceremony of the Conference with a buffet reception.
You may present your company and its products in a 30-minute talk. You may choose a product presentation given by a member of your company or a customer experience report. As the company presentations will be integrated into the main programme, only a limited number can be accepted. € 500 will be charged per presentation (company presentations as well as customer experience report).

Please submit the topic of your presentation, an abstract (1,200 characters max.) and the speaker’s biography (approx. 250 characters) to by June 15, 2012. You will be notified by June 22, 2012, whether your contribution has been accepted. Along with the letter of acceptance, you will be informed about the date and time of your presentation and further details.
Adding information material to the conference bag is an additional way to inform participants about your company. For exhibitors, this service is free of charge, from other companies we charge a service fee of € 100. One or several brochures per company will be accepted.
Companies, who do not exhibit, are asked to inform about their intention to add information material to the conference bag.

Participants will receive a printed conference programme including the abstracts of the presentations at the conference office. You are welcome to place your advertisements in the conference programme (print space 95 x 190 mm, portrait format).
