If you register directly at the conference, we cannot guarantee the availability of the conference bag.
Cancellation conditions
Participants who have already deposited their conference fees and cannot attend will get no refund if their cancellation note reaches us later than August 15, 2016. If you cancel before August 15, we will refund your fees minus a handling charge of EUR 25,-.
