We suggest the following ways to present your company at ODOK 2016:
Exhibitor Information
How to Book
To book floor space in the exhibition, please choose a location from the
floor plan. Please mind: You can only choose booths represented by empty squares in the
floor plan. Filled squares indicate that the respective booth has already
been booked by another exhibitor. For a printable version

Fill in your company details, a contact person (for questions and for billing) and your preferred booth number in the following online registration form. Immediately after submission of the form, you can check that the booth is indicated as registered by your company in the floor plan (see mouse over text). If the booth is not indicated as registered, please contact our webmaster, .
Please remember to register your booth staff (max. 2 individals) using the registration form for conference participants. Except for the optional attendance to the conference dinner, there are no conference fees for booth staff. Additional company associates have to register as members of the general audience.
Deadline for registration of booths is July 1, 2016.
Exhibit Space Rate, Equipment and Installation
The cost per square meter of exhibit area including electricity and Internet (WLAN) amounts to € 180 for the entire duration of the exhibition.
Upon request, the installation contractor AMB Ausstellungsservice u. Messebau GmbH & Co KG, 8010 Graz, Messeplatz 1, can be hired for setting up exhibition booths. This service will be invoiced directly to you by AMB (for further information and booking, please contact ). Exhibition venue, opening hours and opening reception
The exhibition takes place at the Kultur Kongress Zentrum Eisenstadt, 7000 Eisenstadt, Franz Schubert-Platz 6. Presentations of ODOK conference will be held in lecture halls adjacent to the exhibition area.
Exhibition opening hours are
- September 27 and September 28 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- September 29 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
AMB graz will install exhibits/booths on Monday, September 26 in the morning, installation or equipment of booths to be done by members of your company is possible on Monday afternoon until 6 p.m. Booths must be dismantled on Thursday until 4 p.m.
The opening of the exhibition will take place on September 27 at 12:00 a.m. following the official opening ceremony of the Conference with a buffet reception.
Company Presentations as Talks
You may present your company and its products in a 30-minute talk. You may choose a product presentation given by a member of your company or a customer experience report. As the company presentations will be integrated into the main programme, only a limited number can be accepted. € 500 will be charged per presentation (company presentations as well as customer experience report).
Please submit the topic of your presentation, an abstract (approx. 1500-1200 characters) and the speaker’s profile (2-3 sentences) to by April 29, 2016. You will be notified by May 27, 2016, whether your contribution has been accepted. Along with the letter of acceptance, you will be informed about the date and time of your presentation and further details.
