Registration – Information

Audience

Before starting the registration process please inform yourself

  • about the conference fees. The online registration form will also show certain fields, where you can indicate your affiliation to a library association and your status as participant.
  • about the social events. In the course of the registration process you will be asked to register for the social events as well. Please keep in mind that the number of participants to the Conference Dinner is limited to 250 guests.

If you register before August 20th, 2010, you will receive the complete conference bag and your name will be put on the list of participants in the conference programme. Registration after this date, also at the conference office, is welcome.

Lecturers

Registration of talks / company presentations...

...is NOT possible via the online registration form. Please go to the Call for Papers Papers and send your proposed lecture / company presentation via email to the chairwoman of the programme committee .

Talks / company presentations already confirmed by the programme committee

If you have already received confirmation of your talk / presentation,

  • choose the social events you would like to attend. Please keep in mind that the number of participants to the Conference Dinner is limited to 250 guests.
  • Choose »lecturer« in the Field »participant status« and no conference fee will be charged.

Chairpersons

Please register as chairperson AFTER you have agreed upon with on chairing a session. Upon confirmation,

  • choose the social events you would like to attend. Please keep in mind that the number of participants to the Conference Dinner is limited to 250 guests.
  • Choose »chairperson« in the Field »participant status« and no conference fee will be charged.

Company Exhibition / Exhibitors

Booking a Booth at the Company Exhibition

Registration of Company Staff for the Conference

  • No conference fee will be charged for the booth staff. Please choose the respective participant status in the online registration form.
  • Representatives of companies holding a lecture are asked to register AFTER their presentation has been accepted by the programme committee. For more information see our information for companies.
  • Representatives of companies who neither participate as exhibitor nor as lecturer, are requested to register as »audience« and will be charged the conference fee.
  • Choose the social events you would like to attend. Please keep in mind that the number of participants to the Conference Dinner is limited to 250 guests.
