Ireland II

Under Schrödinger’s influence Ireland becomes a center of research for theoretical physics. Leading physicists from all over the world are invited to meet with Irish scientists at summer schools. With such perfect working conditions, Schrödinger completes approximately 50 papers. Once more he develops a deep passion for science: the quest for a unified field theory - one single theory that explains the phenomenon of gravitation and electromagnetism simultaneously. Despite all his efforts over the years, the Nobel Prize winner is deprived of a final victory.
